Environmental health and safety in Peradco
One of the most important goals of Persian Rad Group Company is to implement huge projects and provide quality services in the shadow of issues such as health, environmental safety, a healthy workforce, and protected against diseases and occupational accidents, and an environment and pollutant. Therefore, the HSE unit of this company has planned its activities in the three axes of safety, occupational health, and environment in order to maintain the health of employees, create a safe environment, protect the environment, and use resources and energy optimally.
These activities are all based on the requirements of Occupational Health Management (ISO 18001:2007), Environmental Management (ISO 14001:2015), and Management (HSE-MS) standards, the most important of which are the following.

Create and Develop
Creating and developing a systematic approach to all activities from the HSE point of view
Knowledge Promotion
Improving HSE knowledge and culture through systematic training courses and active participation of all employees
Health Promotion
Maintaining and promoting the occupational health of employees through the identification and control of risks and threats
Monitor safety Requirements
Monitoring the process of complying with safety requirements in the implementation activities of projects

Supervise the purchase process
Monitoring the process of purchasing equipment and goods based on HSE criteria
Supply of equipment for the day
Supplying all kinds of equipment and machines related to safety and fire fighting systems
Maneuver
Conducting various maneuvers in order to deal with crises and emergencies
Periodic monitoring of harmful agents
Carrying out periodical monitoring in measuring the harmful factors of the work environment and designing technical, engineering, managerial, and executive controls in the occupational health issues of employees.
Regular examinations
Planning, follow-up, and supervision of the periodic examinations of the employees in order to take the necessary corrective measures based on the results of the periodic examinations.
Environmental periodic monitoring
Conduct periodic monitoring and measurement of environmental pollutants based on relevant standards and in line with their protection.
